Crypto-exchange Binance will create a global blockchain center in Bermuda
The Binance Exchange is planning to create its global center of legal security in Bermuda in the coming months using blockchain technology, the online edition of Coinspot writes.

According to David Bert, the prime minister of this British territory in the Atlantic, the Binance Charity Foundation will allocate $ 10 million for educational programs related to the development of distributed registry technology, another 5 million will be invested in Bermuda blockchain-startups. Also, Binance plans to open a digital assets exchange here and will help the government of the islands develops a regulatory and legal framework for regulating crypto and lock-up.

Bert said that the government of Bermuda intends to adopt a law on the regulation of ICO, which they consider to be a promising area for attracting foreign investments to the economy of the territory. According to him, the government wants to make it the world leader in the regulation of the crypto-currency market.
