Criminal case has already been initiated in Semenovskiy district, Nizhniy Novgorod region. The main reason for this case was torture in colony # 14. This fact has already been detected in accordance with information that was provided by “Criminal chronicles” newspaper. At the same time none of employees of correctional institution who took part in this crime have been detected. On the other hand there is fact of physical violence appliance towards one of prisoners in order to make him admit his guilt in colony # 14. Police is still looking into this crime. | |
