Citizen of Nizhny Novgorod is arrested for Raping a Boy

43-year old citizen of Nizhny Novgorod was arrested. Police suspected him of raping a 9-year old boy who lives in the same neighborhood.

According to information provided by representatives of Investigation Committee of Nizhny Novgorod region suspect invited his victim to visit his apartment in January 2015. The he used physical force to capture a boy and raped him.
It is also known that this is the first time suspect was brought to prison despite the fact he does not have a permanent place of work. During his interrogation criminal confessed of committing those horrible things. That is why criminal case has been initiated. He was immediately put in prison.

According to the latest statistics a number of sexual crimes related to teenagers and children have increased over the last years. For example, 55crimes have been committed in Nizhny Novgorod region during 2010. In 2011 this number increased up to 78 crimes and it keeps growing.
