"AvtoVAZ" is returned to Israel

Russian cars were not sold in the local market for almost 20 years.

The Russian vehicles returning to the market of Israel after nearly two decades of interruption. According to the portal IzRus, importing products of "AVTOVAZ" will deal with the company Carasso, which it imports to countries in the Middle East the cars of Renault and Nissan. It is reported that the dealer had already received all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

What will be the lineup, represented in Israel, is still unknown. Earlier, representatives of the Russian automotive industry was informed about the plans of supply in the countries of the region of models Lada Granta, Lada Largus and Lada 4x4. Experts suggest that those cars can do and to Israeli dealers.

First Russian car manufacturer attempted to market Israel in the 90-ies, but then to fixate on it failed due to low demand. Local buyers were dissatisfied with the high cost of cars with low build quality. Finally "AVTOVAZ" has gone out of the country after it adopted a law on mandatory equipment of all cars with air conditioning.
