Anti-Corruption Hotline will be arranged in Nizhny Novgorod

Policemen of Nizhny Novgorod are planning to arrange a special hotline that will be devoted to corruption problems. It will be available for all citizens today on the 27th of November. The information is officially provided by Nizhny Novgorod Police Department.

Citizens who have ever faced corruption in all fields will be able to ask their questions and get consultations from specialists. It includes not only victims of corruption but also managers and heads of different commercial organizations.

The Head of Economic Safety and Anti-Corruption Department Igor Arsentyev will answer citizens’ questions and provide them with necessary information. Here is the telephone number of the hotline: 268-56-36.

All-Russian anti-corruption public reception has already made its annual report. In accordance with statistics presented in this report Nizhny Novgorod region is among those with the lowest level of corruption. It is only 0.8% here. At the same time the region takes only 64th position in the list of the most corrupted regions. Moscow region has the highest level of corruption in accordance with the latest statistics.
