Andrey Zvyagintsev’s Leviathan won the Golden Globe

“Leviathan” movie directed by poplar Russian actor and director Andrey Zvyagintsev keeps winning new awards on all major movie festivals around the globe. This time film won in nomination for “the best foreign movie” during Golden Globe ceremony 2015.

“Thank you! We are very happy with this award!” – Zvyagintsev said during his speech after receiving this prestigious award.

Russian premier of the film will take place in February. However pirate copies are already available in the internet.
It should be noted that “Leviathan” has already won numerous awards including “best screenplay” during Canes Film Festival. Moreover it was included in short list of American Film Academy.
